COSCO SHIPPING Development (02866): Zhang Mingwen and Wang Kunhui re-elected as executive directors
China COSCO Shipping Corporation (02866) announced that Mr. Zhang Mingwen and Mr. Wang Kunhui have been re-elected as executive directors; Mr. Ye Chengzhi, Ms. Zhang Xueyan, and Mr. Zheng Xiaozhe have been re-elected as non-executive directors; and Mr. Shao Ruiqing, Mr. Chen Guoliang, and Mr. Wu Daqi have been re-elected as independent non-executive directors.

At the annual general meeting, shareholders have approved the appointment of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as the domestic auditor and internal control auditor for the year 2026, and the appointment of Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) as the international auditor for the year 2026.
