STARCOIN GROUP (00399): Delay in the publication of the 2026 annual report.
Starry Chain Group (00399) announced that, according to Listing Rule 13.46(1), the company is required to send out its annual report for the year ending on March 31, 2026 (2026 annual report) within four months after the end of the financial year (i.e. on or before July 31, 2026). Due to the delay in the announcement of its financial performance, the sending out of the 2026 annual report is also expected to be delayed, which constitutes a violation of Listing Rule 13.46(1). The expected sending out date will be announced at a later time.
