MOMENTUM FIN (01152) completed a placement of a total of 68.936 million shares, raising approximately 139 million Hong Kong dollars net.

MOMENTUM FIN(01152) announced that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on June 30, 2026. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 68.936 million shares of placement shares (equivalent to approximately 1.97% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after completion of the placement) with no fewer than six placing agents at a price of HK$0.205 per share. The net proceeds from the placement, after deducting the commission payable to the placement agent, professional fees, and other related costs and expenses incurred in connection with the placement, is approximately HK$139 million. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the placement as follows: approximately 78.42% will be used for cross-border e-commerce business, and approximately 21.58% will be used for general working capital, including salaries, rent, and other operational expenses of the group. The net proceeds are expected to be fully utilized by December 31, 2026.
