Ocumension Therapeutics-B (01477) announced that Mr. Hu Dingxu (Mr. Hu) retired as an independent non-executive director at the annual general meeting of shareholders, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Board Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Board Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; Ms. Zhuang Beibei (Ms. Zhuang) was elected as an independent non-executive director at the annual general meeting of shareholders and appointed to succeed Mr. Hu in the Board of Directors.
