KN Hospital (02120) announced that, with the approval of the shareholders' annual general meeting, Mr. Guan Weili, Ms. Wang Lianyue, and Mr. Wang Jian were elected as executive directors of the fifth board of directors. Mr. Qin Hao and Mr. Li Changhao were elected as non-executive directors of the fifth board of directors, and Ms. Zhong Wentang, Ms. Jin Ling, and Mr. Situ Yongfu were elected as independent non-executive directors of the fifth board of directors. With the approval of the shareholders' annual general meeting, Mr. Xu Yongjiu and Ms. Ruan Tingting were elected as shareholder representative supervisors of the fifth board of supervisors, and Mr. Qian Chengliang was elected as an independent supervisor of the fifth board of supervisors.
