Zhejiang Shibao (01057) announced that Mr. Gong Junjie has served on the board of directors for six years until June 30, 2026. According to the "Regulations on Independent Directors of Listed Companies" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, he is not eligible to continue as an independent director of the company. Therefore, Mr. Gong Junjie has voluntarily resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director since the close of the annual general meeting. Mr. Wang Zhifu has been elected as an independent non-executive director and approved by the shareholders at the annual general meeting. His term will start from June 30, 2026, and will end at the conclusion of the company's 2026 annual general meeting (i.e., the expiration of the eighth term of the board of directors).
