EDA Group Holdings (02505) appoints Wong Yat-sing and Zhan Linkun as independent non-executive directors.

EDA GROUP HLDGS (02505) announced that Mr. Chen Guozhang has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 30, 2026, in order to devote more time to personal career development. Mr. Chen Guozhang is also no longer a member of the company's audit committee and chairman of the remuneration committee, effective from the same date. Mr. Wong Yat Sang has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee, effective from June 30, 2026; Mr. Zhan Linkun has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, and member of the company's nomination committee, effective from the same date.
