China General Nuclear Power Corporation (01816) announced that Mr. Li Fuyou will resign from his positions as independent non-executive director after serving continuously for nearly six years. He will also resign from his positions as chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and member of the Nuclear Safety Committee. Ms. Xu Hua will also resign from her positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee due to personal career development plans.
