Harmony Auto (03836) has announced that Mr. Liu Guoxun (Mr. Liu) has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, due to work arrangements. Mr. Liu's resignation will take effect on June 30, 2026. Mr. Leung Hoi Kin (Mr. Leung) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 30, 2026. After Mr. Liu's resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, effective from June 30, 2026.
