Changan Minsheng Logistics (01292) announced that Mr. Gong Yongming and Mr. Lu Zhongwu have been selected as non-executive directors of the company. The appointment will take effect immediately after the shareholders' annual meeting and will continue until the end of the sixth board of directors. Mr. Gong Yongming has been appointed as a member of the sixth Audit and Risk Committee, effective from June 30, 2026.
