WIN HANVERKY (03322) announced that Ms. Chan Kit Fung has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive director due to the need to invest more time and energy in handling personal matters, effective from July 1, 2026. After her resignation, Ms. Chan will also no longer serve as the chairperson of the Board's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, effective from July 1, 2026. Dr. Chan Chi Kau will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairperson of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, effective from July 1, 2026. Ms. Chau Pui Lin (currently an independent non-executive director) will no longer serve as the chairperson of the Nomination Committee and will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and the chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, effective from July 1, 2026.
