JY GRANDMARK (02231) Announcement: Mr. Liu Huaxi has resigned as an executive director and vice chairman of the company, effective from June 30, 2026. After his resignation takes effect, he will no longer serve as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, as well as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX). Ms. Zheng Catherine Wei Hong has resigned as an executive director, effective from June 30, 2026, and will be appointed as the co-president of the group by the group's president, effective from July 1, 2026. Mr. Wu Jinhong has been appointed as an executive director, vice chairman, co-president, member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee of the group, as well as the authorized representative, effective from July 1, 2026.
