Kaily Pharmaceuticals (02105) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Ke Chenyu meets the qualifications to serve as the company secretary under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the listing rules.

One of the joint company secretaries, Ms. Ho Wing-nga, has resigned as the joint company secretary and authorized representative of the company under the listing rules, effective from June 29, 2026. At the same time, Ms. Ho will continue to serve as the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).
After Ms. Ho's resignation as joint company secretary, Mr. Ke will continue to serve as the sole company secretary of the company. Mr. Ke has also been appointed as the authorized representative of the company under listing rule 3.05, effective from June 29, 2026.
