TJCD (02515) has completed the issuance of 51.79 million shares, raising approximately 43.8 million Hong Kong dollars.

Tianjin Jianfa (02515) announced that the conditions set out in the subscription agreement have been met, and the completion has been implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement on June 29, 2026. A total of 51.79 million shares of subscription shares (accounting for 20% of the company's entire issued share capital immediately before completion and approximately 16.67% of the company's entire issued share capital after the subscription share expansion) have been allotted and issued to the subscribers. The net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately HK$43.8 million, and the company intends to use the net proceeds from the subscription for the group's operating capital.
