STREAM IDEAS (08401) announces that Mr. Ho Ho-tung has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director in order to seek other business opportunities, effective from June 29, 2026. From June 29, 2026: (1) Mr. Ho will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee, or as a member of the Remuneration Committee or Nomination Committee of the company. (2) Mr. Yao Chun-ying has been appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee, and the chairman of the Remuneration Committee has been reassigned as a member of the Remuneration Committee. (3) Mr. Li Wing-leung will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee. (4) Ms. Meng Mei has been reassigned from a member of the Remuneration Committee to the chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
