China HuaJun (00377) announced that on June 29, 2026, the company and the subscribers mutually agreed to immediately terminate the subscription agreement. After the termination of the agreement, the parties to the subscription agreement shall release themselves from their respective obligations under the subscription agreement, but any rights or obligations that have arisen before or on that day shall not be affected. Due to the termination of the subscription agreement, the subscription will no longer continue.
