China Galaxy (06881) announces that Mr. Luo Zhuojian has applied to resign from the position of independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the board of directors, effective as of the date when a new independent non-executive director is elected by the company's shareholders meeting; and the board of directors has approved the proposal to nominate Mr. Li Weihong as a candidate for the position of independent non-executive director of the company on June 29, 2026.
