China Glass (03300) subsidiary bankruptcy and liquidation
Chinese Glass (03300) issued an announcement that on June 26, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, CNG (Suqian) New Materials Co., Ltd., received a civil ruling from the Intermediate People's Court of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. According to this, the court has accepted the application for bankruptcy liquidation of Suqian New Materials filed by its creditors, as Suqian New Materials failed to repay several debts owed to these creditors.

According to this, the court has accepted the application for bankruptcy liquidation of Suqian New Materials by its creditors, on the grounds that Suqian New Materials has failed to repay several debts owed to them.
