KINGWISOFT TECH (08295) appoints Tian Wenyu and Jiang Ning as independent non-executive directors.

Kingsoft Tech (08295) announced that Mr. Zeng Liang has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee. Mr. Yang Hongjun has also resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the nomination committee, remuneration committee, and audit committee. These resignations will be effective from June 26, 2026, to allow them to devote more time to other endeavors. Furthermore, Ms. Tian Wenyu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee. Mr. Jiang Ning has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the nomination committee, remuneration committee, and audit committee. These appointments will also be effective from June 26, 2026.
