MEITUAN-W (03690): Yao Jianhua Appointed as Independent Non-executive Director

MEITUAN-W (03690) announced that Mr. Aogang Dun has resigned as an independent non-executive director after the shareholders' annual meeting in order to devote more time to handling other matters. Mr. Yao Jianhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately after the shareholders' annual meeting. Mr. Yao Jianhua has also been appointed as a member and chairman of the company's audit committee; and Ms. Yang Minde has been appointed as a member of the company's corporate governance committee, both effective immediately after the shareholders' annual meeting.
