Glacier 5100 (01115) announced that independent non-executive director Lu Weixiong was not re-elected at the shareholders' annual meeting. Therefore, Mr. Lu will no longer serve as independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee and nomination committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee and risk management committee, after the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting.
