Longyuan Power (00916) announced that on June 26, 2026 (after trading hours), the company and Guoneng Guangxi Company entered into a "capital increase agreement," whereby the company and Guoneng Guangxi Company plan to increase capital in Guoneng Tongxian County in proportion. The company plans to increase its capital in Guoneng Tongxian County by approximately RMB 161 million at a 51% ratio, while Guoneng Guangxi Company plans to increase its capital in Guoneng Tongxian County by approximately RMB 155 million at a 49% ratio.

After this transaction is completed, the registered capital of Guoneng Tongxian will increase from RMB 1.363 billion to RMB 1.6796 billion. The shareholding ratios of the company and Guoneng Guangxi Company in Guoneng Tongxian will remain unchanged, and Guoneng Tongxian will continue to be a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
