RADIANCE HLDGS (09993) announced that Mr. Zhong Chuangxin has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director due to a desire to devote more time to personal matters, effective immediately after the annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Zhong no longer serves as the chairman of the company's audit committee and as a member of the company's nomination committee. The resolutions to appoint Mr. Zhou Xiaohui as an executive director and Dr. Shen Houcai as an independent non-executive director were formally approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting, and their appointments are effective immediately after the meeting. Effective June 26, 2026: (i) Mr. Xie Rikang has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee; and (ii) Dr. Shen has been appointed as a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee.
