Dongyang Pharmaceutical Group-B (01875) announced that Mr. Chen Yifan, the co-company secretary, has resigned from his position, effective from June 26, 2026. Ms. Fang Yuan has been appointed as the new co-company secretary to replace Mr. Chen, effective from the same date, subject to certain conditions, including that Mr. Lv Yingyi, the other co-company secretary, will continue in his position for 3 years from the date of Ms. Fang's appointment.
