Following the strategic cooperation and non-exclusive technology license agreement with EirGenix Inc. (TWSE: 6589) at the end of 2025 and the receipt of related advance payments, the two companies have achieved a significant technological milestone triggering the first milestone payment. So far, the Success Group has successfully met key deliverables. The collaboration is progressing steadily with the aim of implementing the HiCB technology for GMP production in EirGenix's facilities. Additionally, the Success Group's CDMO business is also making steady progress. The company has recently signed new service contracts for the production of complex biopharmaceutical GMP Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (DS) and GMP drug products (DP) for siRNA projects using its HiCB technology for bioprocess technology. The Success Group is currently negotiating contracts for other high-potential projects, including comprehensive IND development projects, siRNA GMP drug production, feasibility assessment, and material production for global clients.
