On the news front, on June 24th, MINIEYE announced that it has officially signed a contract for the sale of unmanned logistics vehicles with an independent third-party company located in Henan Province. The two parties have reached a cooperation agreement to purchase 500 unmanned logistics vehicles, along with the accompanying autonomous driving technology services. The delivered products will mainly be used in scenarios such as park logistics, supermarkets, and end distribution. It is worth noting that recently, Xiao Zhu's unmanned vehicles have experienced a commercial breakthrough, having successively secured the first batch order of 200 T5 Pro vehicles in Danyang High-tech Zone; and an order of 1000 vehicles covering all models in Wuxi, including the T5, T8, and T5 Pro, as well as subsequent new products set to be launched. As of now, Xiao Zhu's unmanned vehicles have been deployed in dozens of cities nationwide, with a cumulative cooperation order size of nearly ten thousand vehicles. In addition, a recent research report by Softbank China pointed out that MINIEYE has formed a full-stack capability in the field of autonomous driving with its end-to-end model, physical AI algorithms, and abundant real-world scene data; while LDROBOT has accumulated profound knowledge in physical AI spatial perception algorithms and models, the development and application of the Siasun Robot & Automation body, as well as real-world data and spatial assets. The two parties will jointly develop cross-scene physical AI solutions, expanding the boundaries of moving Siasun Robot & Automation scenes. The expected cooperation will broaden the boundaries of the company's unmanned vehicle application scenarios, help expand the full-scene physical AI product matrix, and further leverage the company's L4 level autonomous driving technology.
