Ctrip Group-S (09961) released its first quarter financial results for 2026, with a net operating income of 16.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17%. Net profit attributable to Ctrip Group shareholders was 2.5 billion yuan, compared to 4.3 billion yuan in the same period of 2025. Diluted earnings per ordinary share and per depositary receipt were 3.67 yuan.
TRIP.COM-S (09961) released its performance for the first quarter of 2026, with a net operating income of 16.2 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 17% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to Ctrip Group shareholders was 2.5 billion yuan, compared to 4.3 billion yuan in the same period of 2025; and diluted earnings per ordinary share and per ADS were 3.67 yuan. In the first quarter of 2026, Ctrip Group's net operating income increased by 17% year-on-year, mainly benefiting from the resilience of travel demand. Net operating income in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 5% compared to the previous quarter, mainly due to seasonal factors.
