MINIEYE (02431) announced that the Group recently signed a "Unmanned Logistics Vehicle Product Sales Contract" with an independent third-party enterprise (cooperation partner) in Henan Province. The successful conclusion of this order signifies a significant breakthrough for the Group's unmanned logistics vehicle business in the areas of large-scale commercial delivery and regional smart logistics scene expansion. According to the terms of the sales contract, both parties agree to adhere to the principles of "equality and mutual benefit, honesty and trustworthiness." The Group will supply the self-developed unmanned logistics vehicles and corresponding autonomous driving technology services to the cooperation partner. This contract involves the sale of 500 unmanned logistics vehicles and related services, with the delivered products mainly used in scenarios such as park logistics, supermarkets, and end-to-end deliveries.
