The property is located at Unit 704 and 705A, 7th floor, Empire Centre, 68 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The company's main business is investment holding. Its subsidiary is mainly engaged in providing catering services, offering financial services, property holding, and investment holding. The board of directors believes that entering into the lease agreement for the renewal of the property will (i) maintain the stability of the group's operations; (ii) avoid unnecessary disruptions to the group's operations; and (iii) minimize any unnecessary relocation costs.
