Central China MT (09982) major shareholder Joy Bright intends to sell a total of 603 million shares of the company.

CENTRALCHINA MT (09982) announced that on June 22, 2026, the company's major shareholder Joy Bright Investments Limited (Joy Bright) (wholly owned by the Chairman and Non-Executive Director Mr. Hu Baosen) has entered into the following agreements: A share purchase agreement with Mr. Wang Rui as the buyer, whereby Joy Bright has agreed to sell, and Mr. Wang has agreed to purchase, 414 million ordinary shares of the company for a total consideration of HKD 3312.57 million; and a share purchase agreement with Mr. Liu Genyu as the buyer, whereby Joy Bright has agreed to sell, and Mr. Liu has agreed to purchase, 189 million shares for a total consideration of HKD 1515.32 million. As of the date of this announcement and prior to entering into the agreements with Mr. Wang and Mr. Liu, Joy Bright held 778 million shares.
