The Hong Kong Gold Industry Group (02623) announced that Mr. Tong Jiwen has been appointed as an executive director, while Mr. Yan Jonathan Jun, Mr. Zhou Ming, Mr. Leung Wai Fung, and Mr. Jiang Lanxin have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from the end of the annual general meeting.
