The project is located at No. 1, Minxing Second Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu, China, with a total construction area of 119,800 square meters (actual area to be confirmed upon handover). Chengdu Desheng will sign a lease agreement with Huatian Culture within 30 days from the receipt of the bid-winning notice. The lease period of the project will be 15 years (180 months) from the formal handover date, including a 12-month rent-free renovation period, with a rental period of 14 years.
