CHINA HONGGUANG (08646) announced that the group will fully expand its cooperation in the technology of car-mounted photovoltaic glass, conductive glass, and space photovoltaic glass. The technical cooperation is based on the group's existing advantages in upstream raw materials production capacity, including coated conductive glass and ultra-thin special glass deep processing products, and flame retardant composite board. The products will cover the third-generation photovoltaic technology industry chain. The group will collaborate with the top wet method printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cell technology team at the Wuhan Wandao Light Energy Research Institute, and work with Professor Han Hongwei's team at the Wuhan National Research Center for Optoelectronics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology to jointly carry out technical research and development cooperation on car-mounted photovoltaic glass, conductive glass, and space photovoltaic glass, in order to strengthen the technological barriers for the group and its subsidiaries. After the pilot production line is established, production expansion will be phased in according to market demand. The initial funding for technical cooperation will be provided by the group internally, and additional financing may be considered based on the actual situation. The Board of Directors believes that the technical cooperation will enhance the group's advanced new material industry chain and increase the group's profitability.
