MMG (01208) is continuing to progress the construction engineering of the Khoemacau expansion project located in the Khoemacau mining area.

MMG (01208) announced that it is continuing to advance the construction of the expansion project at the Khoemacau mining area, including the further construction of the Khoemacau concentrator plant and external ramp open pit mining infrastructure. On June 23, 2026, Khoemacau Copper signed supply agreements, including: (1) a bilateral supply agreement with China Minmetals 23rd Metallurgical Company for the supply of goods required for the Khoemacau mining area infrastructure construction; and (2) tripartite supply agreements with the following parties: (a) China Minmetals 23rd Metallurgical Company, responsible for supplying concrete and building materials required for the external ramp open pit and concentrator plant; and (b) China Minmetals 15th Metallurgical Company, responsible for supplying goods required for the construction of the Khoemacau mining area concentrator plant. On June 23, 2026, Khoemacau Copper signed a second construction agreement, including: (1) a bilateral construction agreement with China Minmetals 23rd Metallurgical Company Botswana for the construction of the Khoemacau mining area infrastructure; and (2) tripartite construction agreements with the following parties: (a) China Minmetals 23rd Metallurgical Company Botswana, responsible for the construction of the external ramp open pit project; and (b) China Minmetals 15th Metallurgical Company Botswana, responsible for the construction of the Khoemacau mining area concentrator plant.
