Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (02338) announced that Ms. Zhang Bo has been elected as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 22, 2026, until the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders for the year ending December 31, 2026, when the current term of the board of directors ends. In addition, as of June 22, 2026, Ms. Zhang Bo has been appointed as the chairperson of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee, and as a member of the company's nomination committee and Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) committee.
