Minyin Capital (01141) announced that Mr. Li Ming recently informed the company that, due to an internal job transfer within the China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited (the indirect controlling shareholder of the company), he will not seek re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders and will step down as an executive director of the company at the end of the meeting. After his resignation, Mr. Li will no longer serve as the company's general manager, nor as a member of the executive committee, risk management and internal control committee, and development strategy committee of the company.
