Subsidiary of Shanghai Smart Control (001266.SZ) signed a 660 million yuan contract for the general contracting of an energy storage power station project.

Shanghai Smart Control (001266.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Hongying New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a PC general contracting contract for the "Yinghua Gansu Baiyin 200MW/800MWh Independent Energy Storage Station Project" with a total contract price of 664 million yuan (including tax) on June 18, 2026. This was done in partnership with Ningxia Traffic Construction Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Galaxy Electric Power Installation Engineering Co., Ltd, and the joint venture company Yingzhuo Green Energy (Gansu) New Energy Development Co., Ltd. The total cost (including tax) for the supply of equipment and completion of the work under the general contracting contract by Hongying New Energy was 532 million yuan. The fact that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary led the consortium to sign the PC general contracting contract fully demonstrates the company's technical accumulation and market competitiveness in the field of new energy storage.
