ABLE DIGITAL (02687) announced that on June 22, 2026, the company signed a comprehensive and in-depth cooperation framework agreement with Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (Alibaba Cloud, collectively referred to as the "contracting parties"). The two parties will collaborate deeply in areas such as empowerment of large model knowledge Tokens, joint research and development of physical AI, to jointly explore the new paradigm of industrial intelligence in the next generation. Currently, based on the open-source AgentScope Java framework of Alibaba Cloud, the two parties have integrated self-developed model capabilities such as Tongyi Qianwen 3.7-Max, CosyVoice, and Tongyi Tingwu to jointly create the multi-Agent platform "Damingbai Polymas", allowing AI to truly enter the frontline of education and scientific research. In the future, the two parties will continue to promote the deep integration of Qianwen large models with the entire discipline system, building a new architecture of "high-quality Token+AI+physical scenarios" to deepen the integration and co-construction of industry and education through physical AI.
