AMASSE CAPITAL (08168) announced that on June 19, 2026, the company received letters from Mr. Wu Peisheng, Mr. Xie Xudong, and Mr. Li Guangfa dated June 19, 2026, requesting the company's Board of Directors to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with Article 64 of the Company's Fifth Amended and Restated Articles of Association to consider and, if deemed appropriate, pass the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions for the Company: 1. "Motion to remove Mr. Fan Kaiye from the position of Executive Director of the Company in accordance with Article 114 of the Company's Fifth Amended and Restated Articles of Association, effective immediately upon the passing of this resolution." 2.
