SUNSHINE PHARMA (06887): Zhang Yingjun elected as Chairman of the Board.

SUNSHINE PHARMA (06887) announces that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company's Articles of Association, the Board of Directors has deliberated and approved the election of Dr. Zhang Yingjun as the Chairman of the second Board of Directors. His term will start from the date of the Board's approval (i.e. June 18, 2026) until the day the second term of the Board of Directors expires. The Board of Directors has deliberated and approved the members of the second term of the Board committees as follows: (1) The Audit Committee will be composed of Dr. Lin Aimei, Mr. Tang Xinfu, and Dr. Li Xintian, with Dr. Lin Aimei as the chairperson; (2) The Compensation and Evaluation Committee will be composed of Dr. Lin Aimei, Dr. Zhang Yingjun, and Dr. Li Xintian, with Dr. Lin Aimei as the chairperson; and (3) The Nomination Committee will be composed of Dr. Zhang Yingjun, Dr. Lin Aimei, and Dr. Ye Tao, with Dr. Zhang Yingjun as the chairperson. The Board of Directors has deliberated and approved the appointment of Mr. Jiang Juncai as the General Manager of the Company, Mr. Zhang Zhiyong, Mr. Jin Chuanfei, Mr. Liu Haiwang, Mr. Li Jing, Mr. Jin Chunlei, Mr. Lin Taoxi, and Mr. Chen Hao as Deputy General Managers of the Company, Mr. Peng Qiyun as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Min Wenbi as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
