(1) Ms. Tan Hanshan has submitted her resignation as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 19, 2026 as known to the board of directors; and
(2) Ms. Zhang Hong will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 19, 2026, as resolved by the board of directors.
MEIHAO GROUP (01947) announced that on June 18, 2026, (1) Ms. Tan Hanshan has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 19, 2026; and (2) Ms. Zhang Hong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 19, 2026, following a decision made by the board of directors.
