Changjiang Communication (600345.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai DiAiSi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "DiAiSi"), has increased its capital by 400 million yuan to Shanghai DiAiSi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "DiAiSi Digital Technology"), with the funds coming from raised funds. After this capital increase, the registered capital of DiAiSi Digital Technology will change to 4.5 billion yuan.
Wuhan Yangtze Communication Industry Group (600345.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Deis Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Deis"), has increased its capital by 400 million yuan to Shanghai Deis Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Deis Digital Technology"), with the source of funds coming from the capital raised. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Deis Digital Technology has changed to 450 million yuan.
The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Deis used the raised funds to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Deis Digital Technology, which is based on the construction needs of the company's investment projects and is beneficial for ensuring the smooth implementation of the investment projects. This is in accordance with the planned use of raised funds and there is no change in the use of raised funds. The use and purpose of the raised funds comply with the company's development strategies and relevant laws and regulations, and are in the interest of the company and all shareholders.
