Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601) announced that on June 18, 2026, the company entered into a financing lease agreement II with the lessee (Shandong Hongtai Ding New Material Technology Co., Ltd.). According to the agreement, the lessor will purchase the lessee's own leasing asset II for a transfer price of RMB 49 million; and the lessor will lease back the leasing asset II to the lessee for a period of 18 months, with a total leasing amount of approximately RMB 51.4 million. The leasing asset II consists of production equipment and related assets of Lycell fiber.
