Suiyuan Technology submits registration for IPO on Shanghai Stock Exchange Sci-Tech Innovation Board, with 8 years of self-developed 5 cloud-based AI chips.
Suiyuan Technology is one of the leading companies in the field of cloud AI chips in China, dedicated to becoming a "leading enterprise in general artificial intelligence infrastructure".
On June 18, Shanghai Suiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Suiyuan Technology) applied for a change in the IPO review status of the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange to "submit registration." CITIC SEC is the sponsoring institution, planning to raise 6 billion yuan.
The prospectus shows that Suiyuan Technology is one of the leading companies in China's cloud AI chip field, dedicated to becoming a "leading enterprise in general artificial intelligence infrastructure." Over the past 8 years, the company has independently developed and iterated four generations of architecture of 5 cloud AI chips, building a complete product system of AI chips, AI acceleration cards and modules, intelligent computing systems and clusters, and AI computing and programming software platform.
After years of accumulation, the company has formed three major categories of core technology systems: chips and hardware, software and programming platforms, and computing cluster solutions. In terms of underlying hardware, the company has independently developed an instruction set based on NVIDIA TensorCore acceleration computing units and NVLink card-to-card interconnection technology, as well as a self-developed GCU-CARE acceleration computing unit and GCU-LARE chip-to-chip high-speed interconnection technology. These architectures not only have programming flexibility, but also deeply support AI large model high parallel computing.
Cloud AI chips are the core underlying hardware of the company's product matrix, with different generations of products used in AI large model training and inference scenarios. The AI acceleration card and module are based on the company's cloud AI chips, integrating supporting storage modules, power and signal management modules, cooling components, and high-speed interfaces into PCB boards or OAM modules. The company's intelligent computing system brand is CloudBlazerPOD, which is a single cabinet, single computing power node device for AI model training and inference scenarios, forming the smallest computing power unit of the intelligent computing cluster. The AI computing and programming software platform is the core software platform of the company's product matrix.
As of the end of 2025, the company has obtained 313 domestic invention patents, undertaken 12 national and local scientific and technological projects, participated in the formulation of 58 key national and industry standards for AI chips and intelligent computing systems, and won important awards such as the "SAIL Star" of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, the "Breakthrough Achievement of the Year" of the China Computing Conference, three "China Chip" highest awards "Major Innovative Breakthrough Product of the Year", "Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Special Award", and the Global "Future Industry Star" competition Superpower Award.
Financially, in the fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, the company achieved operating income of approximately 301 million yuan, 722 million yuan, and 990 million yuan, respectively; during the same period, the net losses were approximately 1.665 billion yuan, 1.510 billion yuan, and 1.164 billion yuan, respectively.
