STERLING GP (01825) announced that, effective from June 18, 2026, Ms. Zhang Man has resigned as an executive director in order to devote more time to developing her personal career.
Ms. Zhang will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong; and Ms. Wong Mei Wai, the company's executive director and chairman, has been appointed as the authorized representative to fill the vacancy, effective from June 18, 2026.
