HKEX (00388) renjews memorandum of cooperation with CFFEX
According to the memorandum of cooperation, both parties will deepen cooperation in exploring the possibility of conducting product and business collaborations, strengthening the sharing of research results and experiences, mutual exchange of personnel, and collaborative training.
HKEX (00388) announced today that it has signed a memorandum of cooperation with China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX) to deepen their relationship and collaboration, and jointly promote the healthy development of the financial markets in both Hong Kong and Shanghai.
According to the memorandum of cooperation, the two parties will deepen their cooperation in exploring the possibilities of product and business collaboration, enhancing the sharing of research results and experiences, exchanging personnel, and cooperating on training.
In the presence of Cao Yanwen, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Committee Financial Office, Charles Li, CEO of HKEX Group, and Zhang Xiaogang, General Manager of CFFEX, Charles Li, Managing Director of HKEX Group, and Cai Xianghui, Deputy General Manager of CFFEX, signed the memorandum on behalf of their respective parties.
In the future, the two parties will deepen their exchange and cooperation within the framework of the memorandum, fully leveraging their strengths in the financial field, further promoting financial cooperation between Shanghai and Hong Kong, and steadily advancing the high-quality opening of the Chinese capital market.
