Chinese urban infrastructure (02349) announced that on June 17, 2026, the company entered into four subscription agreements with subscribers (Asia United Limited, Kwong Mei Wan, Wang Ling, and Gao Dayong) to issue a total of 370 million subscribed shares. On June 18, 2026, the company and the subscribers agreed to immediately terminate the subscription agreements. After the termination, all parties to the subscription agreements shall be released and exempted from their respective responsibilities under the subscription agreements. As the subscription agreements have been terminated, the subscription will not proceed. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange starting from 1:00pm on June 18, 2026.

On June 18, 2026, the company and the subscribers mutually agreed to immediately terminate the subscription agreements. Following this termination, the parties to the subscription agreements are relieved and exempted from their respective responsibilities under the subscription agreements. As the subscription agreements have been terminated, the subscription will not continue. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange from 1:00 pm on June 18, 2026. The Board of Directors believes that the termination of the subscription agreements will not have any significant adverse impact on the company's existing business, operations, or financial condition.
