Silk Road Energy Services Group Limited (06656) announced that Mr. Huang Xueqi (Mr. Huang) has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Board of Directors and Joint Company Secretary of the Company, effective from June 17, 2026, as he plans to devote more time to his role as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Following Mr. Huang's resignation, the board further announced that Mr. Qin Xing (Mr. Qin) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, and subsequently as the Joint Company Secretary, to replace Mr. Huang. Mr. Qin's appointment as Joint Company Secretary will be effective from June 17, 2026. Ms. Lai Haoen will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
