The Shenzhen Stock Exchange releases guidelines for actively managed ETF businesses to promote innovation and development of equity fund products.

On June 17th, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange released the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Securities Investment Fund Business Guidelines No. 5 - Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Open-End Funds."
On June 17, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued the "Guidelines for Active Management ETF Business of Shenzhen Stock Exchange Securities Investment Funds No. 5 - Active Management Trading Open-Ended Fund", which specified the requirements for the development and operation of active ETF products. Firstly, it standardized the definition and naming of active ETFs; secondly, it specified the requirements for fund managers and fund managers; thirdly, it clarified the requirements for fund investment management; fourthly, it specified the requirements for information disclosure and risk control; fifthly, it clarified the subscription, trading, and redemption of active ETF fund shares. Next, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will, in accordance with the unified deployment of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, do a good job in promoting the development of active ETF products, promote the smooth landing of products, continuously enrich the ETF product range, improve product supporting mechanisms, and help the high-quality development of the public fund industry.
