INNOSCIENCE (02577) rose by more than 4%, rising by 3.56% as of press time, reaching 64 Hong Kong dollars with a turnover of 313 million Hong Kong dollars. On the news front, the Supreme People's Court officially issued a temporary injunction reconsideration ruling, maintaining the sales ban against Infineon by the Suzhou Intermediate Court, meaning that INNOSCIENCE has achieved a final victory in the patent infringement case. The Suzhou Intermediate Court had previously made a first-instance judgment: determining that Infineon had infringed, ordering it to immediately stop sales, promise sales, imports, and other infringement actions, and compensate INNOSCIENCE for a total of 10 million yuan in economic losses, with the judgment taking immediate effect. Huachuang Securities previously pointed out that INNOSCIENCE has successfully entered the 800VHVDC supply system of many international leading customers such as NVIDIA, becoming a core supplier for AI infrastructure construction and high-density computing centers. The company has collaborated with STM, ON Semiconductor, and many other power semiconductor companies to develop dozens of power supply and module solutions that can be used in high-density computing centers, promoting the upgrade and development of data centers to high-density computing centers. It is expected that with the implementation and scaling up of high-voltage direct current architecture, a new era of large-scale applications of AI-GaN will be ushered in.
